I take 3 a day, one at a time...at this point......taking two at a time made my heart flutter....I will say this...my pants are loser...(but that's probably just water weight.) It does suppress my appetite.....BUT the real noticeable signs have been....healthier bowel movements..(I have IBS.) and my skin is REALLY improved.(I didn't have acne at all...just aging spots and wrinkles..My skin on my face just looks healthier....not sure it should be advertised as a weight loss supplement....I do feel better as far as my over-all health.....which is ultimately what I was looking for.
